A training company, not a placement agency. That is exactly why we can offer these five strengths.
We have built a network of roughly 60 regional partner schools across Myanmar. Rather than concentrating on the capital region, we maintain a standing pool of around 3,000 sincere, hard-working candidates from regional areas.
Thanks to the trust we have built with the teachers at our partner schools, we can select candidates based not only on the individual but also on their family environment and character. We strive to build a pool defined by "quality," not just "quantity."
Kiraboshi delivers 1,500 hours of pre-departure training in a live-in (residential) format.
We adopt a live-in format so that we can teach not only Japanese but also "daily habits, discipline and a work ethic" in one seamless program. Through communal living, trainees internalize greetings, tidiness and punctuality, so that from their very first day in Japan they can fit into "Japanese corporate culture" without any sense of dissonance.
Taiju Japanese Language School (trade name) has more than 10 resident teachers, including Japanese instructors. From pronunciation and honorific language to natural conversation and business Japanese, native speakers provide direct instruction.
Not "Japanese learned from a textbook," but "Japanese that works on the job." This is a level of educational quality that can only be achieved through the continuous feedback of Japanese teachers.
Japanese-language education alone does not make someone work-ready on the job. Kiraboshi completes practical training tailored to each placement's job type before departure.
Our job does not end at departure. Even after arrival in Japan, the Taiju Japanese Language School Japan branch continues to support trainees with daily-life consultations, workplace consultations and Japanese-language brush-up.
The reassurance of having a "teacher from home" right there in Japan. That is the uniquely Kiraboshi support structure that makes the difference in retention rates.
Here is a summary of how Kiraboshi differs from a typical sending organization or placement agency.
