Candidates Who Have Completed Training

We introduce candidates who have completed 1,500 hours of pre-departure, live-in training (Japanese N4–N3, daily life habits, work ethic, and job-specific practical skills). They settle in quickly after arriving in Japan, directly supporting retention at your client companies.

A Deep Talent Pool & Strong Selection

The ZERO2ONE group has trained and sent a cumulative total of approximately 700 people. From 60 regional partner schools and a candidate pool of about 3,000, we carefully select and propose talent suited to the role and personality required.

Two Bases: Myanmar & Indonesia

With operations in both countries, we propose the optimal country and candidates for each role and need. We cover a wide range of fields, including nursing care, manufacturing and construction.

Coordinated Through Post-Arrival Follow-Up

We coordinate with the Taiju Japanese Language School Japan branch for native-language support, addressing concerns about daily life and the workplace after entry. Working hand-in-hand with your organization's support, we stay engaged through to retention.
