Specialized nursing care training is completed before departure. Kiraboshi develops talent ready to contribute on the care floor from their very first day in Japan.
From transfer assistance, meal assistance and toileting assistance to the basics of record-keeping, hands-on training equivalent to the Initial Training (for care workers) is completed before departure.
Trainees systematically learn the terminology that is essential on the care floor, such as "wheelchair," "transfer," "vitals" and "handover."
Through hands-on role-play with Japanese instructors, trainees master polite language (keigo), active listening and a gentle way of speaking. We develop talent who can truly connect with the residents in their care.

Our solution: Kiraboshi requires N4 or above before departure. Candidates are already trained in basic conversation with residents, right through to polite language (keigo).
Our solution: Physical and discipline training is conducted through live-in (residential) training, so candidates adapt to a Japanese daily rhythm in advance.
Our solution: Care-floor-specific terminology and record formats are already built into the training curriculum.
Our solution: The Japan branch of Taiju Japanese Language School handles daily-life and workplace consultations in the workers' native language.
