A 30-minute online consultation to learn about your company's situation and needs.

STEP 02

Candidate Selection

We select candidates matching your requirements from a pool of about 3,000 and present their profiles.

STEP 03

Pre-Departure Training

Selected candidates receive 1,500 hours of live-in training at Taiju Japanese Language School.

STEP 04

Company Interview

Final selection via online or on-site interview, conducted during the training period.

STEP 05

Immigration Procedures

We work with Registered Support Organizations and Supervising Organizations to handle visa and immigration procedures.

STEP 06

Post-Arrival Follow-up

The Japan branch of Taiju Japanese Language School provides ongoing support.

Of the steps above, Kiraboshi directly handles STEP 01–03 (training and sending). STEP 05 (job placement, registered support and employment procedures) is handled by licensed Registered Support Organizations and Supervising Organizations.

Kiraboshi's pre-departure training is free of charge for your company

We never bill your company directly for costs such as the 1,500 hours of training, live-in dormitory fees, or medical checkups.

Kiraboshi (Training & Sending)

No direct billing to your company. Kiraboshi covers everything from the 1,500 hours of pre-departure training and live-in dormitory fees to medical checkups and pre-departure preparation.

Your Company's Costs (Japan Side)

Fees for job placement, registered support and residence-status applications are paid to licensed Registered Support Organizations and Supervising Organizations. Amounts vary by job type, headcount, country and contract structure.

Ongoing Costs After Arrival

Monthly living and employment support fees from the Registered Support Organization, among others — costs that support successful retention after acceptance.
