Training Program

"Work-ready talent, built before arrival in Japan" — Kiraboshi's greatest differentiator.

PHILOSOPHY

Not "teach them after they arrive," but develop them before they leave

Taiju Japanese Language School

Kiraboshi believes the leading cause of early turnover and underperformance among foreign talent is insufficient pre-departure training.

Sending workers to language school only after they arrive in Japan, teaching them culture and workplace manners on the fly — this only adds to the burden on the workplace, exhausts the worker, and ultimately leads to early turnover.

That is why Kiraboshi, as a training company on the ground in Myanmar and Indonesia that develops work-ready talent, concentrates its greatest investment in the pre-departure stage.

In the live-in environment of Taiju Japanese Language School (our trading name), we deliver seamless, end-to-end training in Japanese language, daily habits, work ethic and job-specific skills. This is why the "first three months" at your worksite look decisively different.

4 PILLARS

The four pillars of our training

01

Japanese Language Education

Covering JLPT levels N5 through N3. Direct instruction from a teaching staff of 10+, including native Japanese teachers, builds not just grammar and reading but "conversation skills that work on the job." Target levels are set at N4 for Technical Intern Trainees and N3 or higher for Specified Skilled Workers.

02

Life & Discipline Education

Communal living in our live-in dormitory instills greetings, punctuality, tidiness and public manners. By simulating "life in Japan," we minimize homesickness and culture shock.

03

Work Ethic & Business Manners

Ho-ren-so (report/contact/consult), honorific language, bowing, 5S, KY (hazard prediction) and teamwork — trainees master the work ethic and business manners unique to Japanese companies through classroom study plus hands-on practice.

04

Job-Specific Vocational Training

Nursing care (equivalent to Japan's entry-level caregiver training course), manufacturing (5S and machine operation), construction (health & safety, technical vocabulary) and more — hands-on training matched to the assigned job is completed before departure.

CURRICULUM

Our live-in training curriculum

We divide 1,500 hours into five stages for step-by-step development.

STAGE 1

Move-In & Discipline Training

Instilling a disciplined daily rhythm, greetings, manners and 5S. Building the foundation to adapt smoothly to communal living in Japan.

STAGE 2

Basic Japanese (N5–N4)

Hiragana, katakana, basic grammar and basic conversation. Building the Japanese needed for daily life.

STAGE 3

Applied Japanese + Culture

Honorific language, business conversation, Japanese culture and work ethic. Direct instruction from native Japanese teachers builds a native sense of the language.

STAGE 4

Job-Specific Vocational Skills

Technical vocabulary and hands-on training matched to the assigned job — nursing care, manufacturing, construction and more. Repeated practice in simulated worksites.

STAGE 5

Final Pre-Departure Preparation

Company interview preparation, simulated life in Japan, understanding entry procedures, and mental preparation. We send trainees off fully ready.
