私たちの使命は、仕事を通じて日本の技術や知識を学び、家族のために収入を得たいと望むミャンマーの若者をサポートすることです。

私たちはミャンマーの若者が最大限に学べる環境を整備し、数年間日本で働いた後にミャンマーで学んだ技術や知識を発揮できる体制を構築します。

Myanmar's talented young people will contribute to both Japan and Myanmar by helping to solve Japan's serious labor shortage.

教育の内容は日本語だけにとどまらず、日本のマナーや文化なども含まれ、これらは日本人または日本在住経験の長い教師たちが、確実に丁寧に教育をします。

Abundant human resources candidates

• ミャンマー・インドネシア全土の学校（主に地方）と提携し、常時3,000人程度の人材プールを確保しています

Strict filtering

• After receiving a job offer, we will conduct the first round of screening at a local Japanese language school, followed by a second round at Taiju Japanese Language School.
• その後、採用予定人数の２倍まで絞り込み、組合・登録支援機関様や企業様との三次選考に進みます

Thorough education after passing the interview

• 面接合格後に全寮制の大樹日本語学校で、５－6ヶ月間（約1,000-1,200時間）徹底した教育を実施します
• 技能実習生はN３レベル、特定技能はN2レベルの日本語力まで引き上げてから出国することを目指します
• 企業様からの要望に応じて、提携する学校や企業で実務研修やトレーニングを行うことも可能です

Teaching materials used

それぞれの生徒やシーンに応じて必要なテキストや教材を使い分ける必要があると考えています。みんなの日本語は文法を一からしっかり学ぶには適していますが、スピーキングやリスニング力を強化するには適しているとは決して言えません。

我々は10名程度の日本人教師に参画いただき、オフライン・オンラインの両面から教育を行います。

介護の授業

• Tie-up with Japan Home Helper Association
• Provides care training in line with Japanese standards
• Partial education for beginner training + practical training, working in Japan to become a care worker.
• If you can obtain a nursing care VISA, you can work in Japan for as many years as you wish.
• Active nurses working at the Yangon University Hospital provide nursing care training instruction (excellent teachers who were sent to the University of Hong Kong at government expense to study nursing).
• Companies are responsible for the actual cost of any additional training that is specifically requested by the company.

外食の授業

• ミャンマーで和食居酒屋店を運営されている紀章料理長による“日本の外食業で働くための熱血講座
• Memorization of the menu offered at the restaurant
• Acquire a firm grasp of each company's management philosophy, vision, and mission
• Kitchen training + training for hall work
• Companies are responsible for the actual cost of any additional training that is specifically requested by the company.
