- What is the period of stay for technical interns and specified skilled workers?

Technical intern trainees can stay for 3 to 5 years, and specified skilled trainees can stay for more than 5 years.
In some cases, it is possible to be enrolled for more than 8 years in total, from technical intern to specified skills. - Can I hire someone and send them to Japan right away?

In the case of technical intern trainees and specified technical intern trainees, it takes about 4 to 5 months from recruitment to entry into Japan. During this time, Japanese language education and daily life guidance will be provided.
- Is there anything else that needs to be paid besides salary?

Like Japanese workers, they are subject to social insurance and taxes. Technical intern trainees are also required to pay transportation, office expenses, and dormitory expenses (paid).
- What should I do after passing the interview?

A medical examination will be conducted the day after you pass the interview to determine whether or not you can leave the country.
If you fail the medical examination, your interview will unfortunately be cancelled.
A medical examination will also be conducted just prior to departure from Japan, and only those who pass the medical examination will be allowed to leave Japan. - What is the eligibility criteria to apply for the job?

- For Technical Intern Training
Job experience will be required based on the job category for Technical Intern Training. (Japanese skills at least N4 are preferable for the employer). - For Specified Skilled Worker
At least JLPT N3 is required for Tokutei Gino. A Relevant Specified Skill Worker Examination Certificate is required.

- Will there be a training process and how long does it typically last ?

After the interview, you will study at Taiju Japanese Language School until your departure from Japan.
Regardless of whether you are a technical intern or a trainee with a specific skill, you will receive Japanese language, business manners, and practical training at the Taiki Japanese Language School, which is a residential school, for approximately 4 months. - Who will pay for flight expenses for passed candidates?

In the case of technical intern trainees, the host company will pay the airfare.
In the case of specified skills, there are two patterns: self-paid or paid by the host company. Please check the conditions of employment before the interview.
