Why Choose Taiju Japanese Language Center
Abundant human resources candidates
- We have a constant pool of about 3,000 personnel by partnering with Japanese language schools (mainly in rural areas) throughout Myanmar.
Strict filtering
- After receiving a job offer, we will conduct the first round of screening at a local Japanese language school, followed by a second round at Taiju Japanese Language School.
- We then narrow down the number of applicants to three times the expected number of recruits and proceed to the third round of selection with unions and companies.
Thorough education after passing the interview
- After passing the interview, students will receive thorough Japanese language education for 5-6 months (about 900 hours) at Taiju Japanese Language School, a boarding school.
- Technical intern trainees are required to raise their Japanese language proficiency to the N3 level, and those with specific skills to the N2 level before leaving Japan.
- We can also provide on-the-job training and on-the-job training at partner schools and companies upon request.
Teaching materials used
Many Japanese language schools use Minna no Nihongo as their textbook.
There is nothing wrong with Minna no Nihongo, but we believe that it is necessary to use different textbooks and materials depending on the needs of each student and the situation. Minna no Nihongo is good for learning grammar from scratch, but it is by no means suitable for strengthening speaking and listening skills.
We use many different textbooks and aim to create a form of Japanese language learning in the shortest possible time. We also make use of movies, dramas, animations, and YouTube videos to make learning Japanese less painful and more enjoyable, and to make you want to study more spontaneously.
